This project is dedicated to the investigation of the collaborative aspect of video production and editing. Video production usually involves multiple people of various skills and backgrounds: directors, editors, sound producers, etc. Collaboration and coordination of their work are crucial to video’s success. This project focuses on different aspects of cooperation, such as feedback practices during video editing via various media: face-to-face, email, social media platforms and instant messaging services. One of the project goals - to propose design ideas that would support new collaborative workflows, such as collaborative online video editing.
