Betalmeg as a non-employee

If you as a non-employee (guest, student, or others) are to receive a reimbursement from UiB, you need access to Betalmeg. Here you will find all the information you need to log in to Betalmeg and register your travel expense claim to receive reimbursement from UiB

How to register a travel expence claim in Betalmeg?

You will find a step-by-step guide on how to submit your travel expense claim in Betalmeg. You must send the travel expense claim as soon as possible after the journey has been completed.

Self-service portal and DFØ app

All employees must use the self-service portal or the DFØ-app to register, among other things, workings hours, holiday, absence and leave applications, travel expenses, expense reimbursements and additional tax deduction.
