In Norway and Iceland we have high consumptions of fish and seafood compared to other Nordic countries. However, do Norwegians eat enough fish and seafood according the Norwegian food based dietary guidelines?

If not, what possibilities are there to increase intake? I will present data from the two national dietary surveys Norkost 3 and Ungkost 3, both according to the total intake and meal patterns. Furthermore, discuss possibilities to increase intake.
