8th ESCLH biennial conference
The University of Szeged welcomes researchers to a conference with the theme "the development of legal institutions that are related to and serve as the foundation of modern/contemporary state and law" on the 2nd to 4th of July, 2025.
Main content
The workshop aims to gather scholars and practitioners interested in exploring - theoretically, doctrinally, empirically, comparatively, critically, and otherwise - the nature of international investment contracts in different contexts and its implications for elaborating transnational standards.
Call for papers deadline 31. October 2024.
The conference website will allow registration for the conference, starting in February 2025.
The conference will be preceded by an additional PhD-workshop on 2 July 2025. Further information about the workshop will be published in December 2024.
