Aim of SMW
The main aim of the Staff Mobility Week is to create a meeting place for the exchange of best practice and experience among the participants and (staff of) the host organization.
Main content
Our goal is to provide a program with current topics, to be at the forefront of the developments within administration of HEI - and to have lots of fun.
Another goal is for the participants of the staff training/mobility week will learn more about the UiB in general. We plan to give you an impression of how we work in order to contribute to research, education and the continues development of the society.
We hope that the relations between UiB and the participant institutions will be strengthened trough shared knowledge and mutual friendship.
