Campus buildings, rooms and the outdoor environment

UiB shall be a safe, pleasant place to study, regardless of whether or not you are in the park, in the reading room or in the office. Is there anything that doesn't work well? If so, you can report it here.

Main content

The university manages a number of buildings. If you discover errors or deficiencies in a building, a room or the outdoor environment, you can report it digitally to the Estate and Facilities Management division. This is simple, and errors can be rectified quickly if necessary.

This applies to permanent installations in the buildings, such as:

  • Floor and walls

  • Doors and windows

  • Faucets and toilets

  • Inventory

  • Light, heat and ventilation

  • External installations

  • You can also register if there is a lack of cleaning.

If there are problems with technical user equipment, such as PCs, monitors or microphones, you must report this to the IT department in UiB help.
