The room is available for the fall semester, and would be best suitable for a male tenant. 
Share living room, kitchen, bathroom, but will have your own private room. 

The owner lives in the loft of the house, whom you will be sharing with. 

Rent includes Wi-Fi, that can be sketchy if all doors are closed, and power as long as the bill is under NOK 1000,-, where everything above that will be shared. 

Rent NOK 7500,- per month plus deposit.
