Looking for an apartment in the Haukeland area

We are a family of 2 people: myself and my daughter (11y.o.)
I am a researcher at the faculty of medicine.

We are looking for an apartment from July 2025 in the area of Haukeland school (all addresses from Skansemyren-Kalfaret to the hospital and down to Møllendal).
We are interested in 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, unfurnished or furnished, within a budget of 14000 kr/month.
