In my master project, I am going to generate synthetic seismic models from 3D geo-models of paleokarst systems and establish criteria for identifying different paleokarst structures and properties in seismic data. The work will consist of adding and varying rock physics properties and structures in the models, and then look at what impact the different model parameters will have on the seismic responses.
