“Rejection of tenders”
The project aims to analyze the terms for public contracting authorities rejection of tenders under the Norwegian regulation of public procurement, hereunder whether the interpretation of the Norwegian rules on rejection of tenders complies with EU-law. The main focus of the project will be on rejection tenders that do not comply with requirements in the procurement conditions, and tenders where it is unclear whether or not such requirements are met. In connection with this, the project will also take into consideration the possibility for public contracting authorities to contact a tenderer and clarify the conditions of the tender.
