Cheap 1-bedroom apartment near Haukeland - to sublet from September until February

I am a PhD student at UiB, going to work abroad for 6 months. With the permission of the landlord, I am subletting my apartment between 23. 8. 2024 and 28. 2. 2025. 1-bedroom basement/garden-level apartment (32 m^2) with own entrance in a detached house (enebolig), fully furnished, with floor heating! Equipment: fridge + freezer, small oven, microwave, kettle, 2 cooking plates, washing machine. All amenities included (kitchenware, duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels). Within 10-15 minutes walk are the Haukeland and Haraldsplass hospitals, Alrek and the dentistry department. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (Statsarkivet), 10 minutes bus ride to the city centre. The contract unfortunately allows only a single person to rent (no problem with a partner visiting for periods of time). Price: 8700 NOK incl. internet and water, excl. electricity.
