Welfare cabins are available for hire for employees at Ustaoset in Hol municipality and at Utne in Hardanger, Tingviken.

How to rent welfare cabins
Employees and students can apply to rent the welfare cabins through our electronic application system. Employees can apply for all the cabins, while students can only apply for Ottesheimen. Applications form will be made available around 6 times each year.
You can still apply to rent a cabin if the application form is closed. Check the cabin calendar and if you find a free period (green in the calendar) send us a request through UiBhjelp.

Keys
The cabin keys are stored in lockboxes at the cabins. Codes to unlock the boxes will be sent to you a couple of days before your stay.
Cleaning
Strict cleaning requirements have been implemented for all visitors. Cleaning must be done both upon arrival and departure from the cabin. Disposable cleaning supplies can be found in the cabins.
Winter
Important! The weather can be very harsh at Ustaoset. It can be difficult to get to the cabin in bad weather during winter, even through short distances. A snowspeeder taxi can be ordered ahead of your arrival by calling 32 09 31 11.
