Short term sublet (July -September 2024, flexible dates) 1 bedroom in a fully furnished apartment behind Bryggen

Room in cozy two-bedrooms apartment with a view in the heart of Bergen available for the summer.

There is a room available for subletting from 1st of July until September (dates are flexible, to be discussed) in a beautiful flat just above Bryggen in Bergen city centre.

The flat is located at the top floor, directly under the roof and gets a lot of light from three directions (also during the winter). It has beautiful views and a balcony facing West from which one can observe the sunset. The flat has a big cozy open space with a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), dining table and living room corner (with sofa, television, armchair), two bedrooms (one of which is for rent), a bathroom, storage room, basement for storage, balcony, and a mezzanine with an additional bed and additional space for hosting friends and visitors.

The free room has a 120cm bed, a little desk, computer screen, bedside table and a wardrobe for clothes. Being under the roof it is very luminous, and it comes fully furnished (including bedsheets etc).

The rent is 8500 NOK, internet and ward water included. I am not asking for a deposit, given it is a short stay. You will be sharing the house with Iris, an Italian PhD student in Chemistry at the University of Bergen.
