Course in Quantitative Proteomics, Bergen, August 21-24th 2012
The course will include lectures, practical work and demonstrations of different quantitative proteomics techniques. The course will require basic knowledge in proteomics (theoretical and practical).

The course will in particular cover:
- Sample preparation
- Database searches of proteomics data
- Label-free quantification
- Selected reaction monitoring (SRM)
- Isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ)
The participants will learn theory, and get hands-on practical experience in the laboratory techniques and data analysis for these subjects.
