Research interests: I am an Associate professor in adult clinical psychology at the Department of Psychology, NTNU. My work is mainly concerned with understanding and treating psychological disorders. I finished my PhD at NTNU in 2010 with the thesis "Cognitive and Metacognitive Changes in Exposure and Response Prevention Treatment for Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder: Empirical Support for a Metacognitive Model".
Current research projects involve: treatment of depression, treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (tvangslidelse.no), genomics of OCD (crowleylab.org), metacognitive therapy for post-concussive symptoms after mild traumatic brain injury, and meta-analyses of metacognitions in psychological disorders.
