Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, BSRS 2020 was organised as a virtual research school.

A publication is done in honour of Ragnar Auglend on his 70th birthday. Professor Gert Johan Kjelby and professor Asbjørn Strandbakken has been guest editors of the publication.

The Norwegian China Law Centre was recently awarded NOK 300 000 through the InternAbroad programme.

The recordings of this years Bergen lecture, #MeToo, Implications for criminal law, is now available. The lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Tatjana Hörnle from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Bergen Lecture is a yearly happening arranged by The Research Group for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
