How is a local community developed and operated, with hundreds of homes and economic enterprises close together - in an area where none of the residents own or have legal control over the land? The neighbourhood of Ruga in Accra, Ghana is an example of how inhabitants and small-business owners together are changing and shaping the urban landscape to the benefit of the people living there.

Receives millions for project about masculinity and gaming (06.09.2022)
Professor Kristine Jørgensen and the Department of Information Science and Media Studies receives NOK 12 million from the Research Council of Norway to do research on men's subjective experiences of games as a gendered arena and thereby create better insight into how men experience the increased diversity in the world of gaming.
