Elisabeth Enoksen

Elisabeth is a PhD student at the faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Stavanger, and is associated with the SAW research group. Her research field is leadership in multicultural work settings, and in her PhD project is examining the relationship between organizational justice, cultural values, and ethnicity.
