Service Innovation Programme
The Service Innovation Programme is a development programme for administrative staff at UiB. Participants are trained in the Design Thinking innovation methodology and undergo intensive group collaboration to learn ways to understand the target audience and their needs, generate ideas for new solutions, create prototypes, and test the solution on the same target audience.
Service Development Day
UiB Service Development organises an annual Service Development Day for all employees at UiB.
Pop-up Workshop
A pop-up workshop is a short course where you learn methodologies to improve the way you work and collaborate with others. At the same time, you learn methods to enhance creativity, innovation, and problem-solving. UiB Service Development regularly holds pop-up workshops on campus.
