UiB Service Development is led by an interdisciplinary team responsible for developing and testing new innovation methodologies and work methods that can strengthen the administration in its work. The team will facilitate arenas for experience sharing and contribute to competence enhancement for administrative staff through the Service Innovation Programme and various pop-up workshops.

UiB Service Development is further strengthened with an interdisciplinary support function that assists all employees at UiB in improvement work. This can include advice and sparring in connection with the development and improvement of services and products throughout their lifecycle. Given capacity, we can also facilitate a design sprint, project kick-off, risk assessments, process improvements, and more. Furthermore, UiB Service Development manages and facilitates the use of UiB's methodology for service innovation and improvement work, so that everyone working with service development has easy access to tools and resources.
