Rose day is organised each year in collaboration with the Rose society (Roseforeningen). There are usually tours and sales of roses.

Virtual Rose Day 2020

The University Gardens' annual "Rosens dag" had to be called off this year. In its place we are presenting a series of short videos on aspects of the rose collections.

The Rosarium

Over 500 different roses make this collection the largest in Norway and one of the largest in the Nordic countries
