A few weeks into the parental leave we will contact you and ask for information on your decision letter from Nav regarding parental benefit. We do this to make sure that your parental leave corresponds with your parental benefit.

What is the Serviceteam for Absence and Parental Leaves?

The Serviceteam is a centralized resource team for these areas:

  • sick leave
  • attendance allowance (child or close family)
  • Parental leave; with responsibility for processing the cases, including the refund from Nav.
