The Service Development Day 2025

The Service Development Day features short presentations, discussions, and practical exercises where we share ideas and explore how we can work on this together.

The program is divided into three main tracks:

How to Move from Learning to Practice?

We all know the experience of attending a course, getting excited, only to crash back down to our daily work. What do we need to maintain that enthusiasm and move from thoughts to action? Learn how you can start your own journey.

How to Ensure What We Create Hits the Target?

We want to create services and provide the support our employees and students need. Therefore, it’s helpful to know what is in demand and how our solutions can be best aligned to hit the mark. Learn effective approaches to user insight and involvement, and the value of rapid experimentation.

How to Extract Value?

We constantly hear that constraints are tightening and budgets are shrinking. How can we maintain service development and innovation without compromising operations? Learn why service development can be low-cost yet highly rewarding through simple methods.
