Research data network in Bergen

Managing, archiving, and reusing research data is a topic that interests both researchers and infrastructure and administrative support staff. In order to create a shared meeting place and communication channel for interested parties, UiB has initiated the Research Data Network in Bergen.

E-mail list

forskningsdatanettverk@uib.no is a mailing list for exchange about research data management developments, best practices, practical issues, and relevant events. On the list are colleagues from different research institutions and research data infrastructures located in Bergen, including many with a data management support role. Join the list here, and use it to share information and experiences and discuss with peers.

Lunch seminar

The UiB research data working group will invite to a physical meeting once per semester. Invitation and registration link is sent through the e-mail list. The next seminar is planned in fall 2024 (tbd).
