The University of Zurich is known as one of Europe’s leading universities for conducting researching within physical geography, especially related to glaciology of High Mountain Asia. I’ve been lucky enough to live the last three months in Zurich and work together with some of the researchers here.
Kula Kula is an independent social anthropological journal run by students at the University of Bergen, and this semester's issue is just out. Lisa Maria Breisten Sølvberg and Vegard Jarness have recently published an article, "Class, body and culture". The article adresses physical activity and symbolic boundaries in the upper class. The article is based on Sølvbergs master thesis.
For the first call for CET Accelerator proposals, 5 applications were received, of which 3 were granted funding.
